Deposits:

• Deposits are required to reserve a kitten
• All deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to another available kitten if needed

Returns:

• Due to the nature of live animals, we do not accept returns once a kitten has been delivered
• Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis under serious circumstances

Refunds:

• Refunds are only issued if we are unable to provide the reserved kitten
• If a health issue is identified before delivery, you may choose:
  
  • A full refund, or
  • A replacement kitten
